Refunds

USDT transfers cannot be reversed by a bank. There is no chargeback. If we cancel an unshipped order, any refund is a new USDT transfer to an address you provide, processed by a person. Shipped research materials are not returnable.

Underpayment, overpayment, or a transfer after the 30-minute window is handled case by case. Email the order number and transaction hash.
