Terms

These terms govern purchases on https://www.veniscy.com from BIOSWISS, UNIPESSOAL LDA (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Research use

Products are sold for laboratory research only. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements for consumer use, and not for human or veterinary administration. You represent that you are 18 or older and that you will not use or resell the goods in a way that violates the law of the destination country.

Shipping limits

Destination limits are set per product in the catalog. Checkout enforces the rule on that SKU. We do not apply a site-wide country ban.

Payment

Website checkout is USDT on Tron (TRC-20 / 波场) only. Transfers are irreversible. We match your order by the unique Tron address and amount on the payment ticket. Wrong network, wrong asset, or wrong amount may result in loss of funds. We do not accept chargebacks because there is no card network.

Fulfillment

Paid orders are released by a person after on-chain confirmations. Title and risk pass when the carrier collects the parcel. Cold-pack shipping is used for lyophilized goods; we do not guarantee a specific temperature on arrival.
